For the past 70 years at Gaines and Company, safety on the job and the health and personal safety of each employee is of primary importance in all phases of our site development operations and administration throughout both our Maryland and North Carolina locations. By providing a safe and healthy workplace, Gaines and Company upholds their moral responsibility to protect all employees and the public.
In accordance with state laws and regulations, federal standards, and company policy, the first order of business at Gaines and Company is to always ensure the safety and health of employees.
