The Four Seasons development in Easton, Maryland, is an example of how successful collaboration, safe work, and industry-leading site development expertise generate continued partnerships on multiple projects.

The Four Seasons in Easton is the second major project that Gaines’s Maryland team has worked on for developer K. Hovnanian Homes. The first project was the successful Four Seasons at Kent Island, which is in its fourth phase of development. In early 2024, Gaines and Company was recognized by K. Hovnanian Homes with the Land Development Safety Award for an exceptional focus on safety during the Four Seasons at Kent Island project.

The two organizations collaborated so well during the Kent Island project that K. Hovnanian once again called upon Gaines and Company for another Four Seasons project: Four Seasons in Easton, Maryland.

Four Seasons in Easton – which began in September 2024 – will consist of 252 single family homes spanning 90 acres. Gaines and Company’s project scope includes site development expertise with land clearing, sediment controls, site excavation, and site utilities. Utilities include a sewage pumping station and 50,000 linear feet of pipe.

Gaines and Company will work closely with trusted paving subcontractor M.T. Laney for completion of the project’s soil cement, curb and gutter, and asphalt paving.

Four Seasons in Easton has an anticipated completion date of 2026.
