Heritage Shores is a beautiful golf course subdivision in Bridgeville, DE being developed by Brookfield Builders with a projected 2,000 homes in their project.

Gaines and Company completed the first phase which contains 74 single family units, a new village center, sports complex and they also made major renovations to the course lakes.

This project required earthwork, site fill, sewer (existing flowable-filled and abandoned mains), fire hydrants, single meter settings and twins, storm drain, conduits and curb and gutter completion.
